No. The “For friends” mode is free forever — including QR tracking, photo recognition and return reminders.
How high is the fee when renting out?
Lavaa keeps a 5% service fee, deducted from the owner's payout. The renter pays exactly the listed rental price: on €60 of rent, the owner receives €57.
Is the deposit charged?
No. The deposit is only authorised as a hold on the card and released right away once the item is returned in good shape. It's only kept in case of a dispute.
Is there a base fee or subscription?
No. There are no monthly costs. You only pay the 5% on an actual rental.
